About Andrew

Andrew has spent more than 25 years leading health systems, academic medical centers and community hospitals through efforts to improve their operations and financial performance. He specializes in helping healthcare leaders innovate their approach to supply chain management by designing new processes for strategic sourcing, contract negotiations and risk management.

Andrew has a depth of experience working with healthcare executives, physicians and staff to develop supply chain governance structures that balance clinical effectiveness and operational efficiency. Throughout his career, he has led supply chain improvement projects for a diverse set of providers across the U.S., helping generate up to $30 million in savings by optimizing sourcing, group purchasing organizations and supply chain technologies.

Prior to joining Huron, Andrew owned his own provider supply chain consulting practice, where he was responsible for leading clients through both supply chain transformation and spend management activities. He was previously a manager at Deloitte, where he led consulting teams focused on nonsalary cost reduction and supply chain transformation initiatives.
