Throughout his career, Anshuman has:

  • Provided revenue cycle expertise to large hospital systems to redesign billing, coding, and collections processes, enabling accelerated reimbursements and reducing financial leakage for reinvestment in patient care.
  • Offered process optimization and IT integration guidance to healthcare providers, such as multihospital networks, to implement digital front-door solutions and electronic records systems, enabling smoother patient access and more coordinated care delivery.
  • Advised government healthcare programs on streamlining operations — for example, by modernizing enrollment and claims processing — enabling public agencies to serve beneficiaries more efficiently and improve compliance and service quality.

These roles laid the foundation for his expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, client service, and operational innovation, which he brings to his work at Huron.

Anshuman earned a master's and bachelor’s degree from Delhi University. This educational background and ongoing executive learning have enabled him to apply disciplined methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma principles, to complex healthcare operational challenges and drive sustainable improvements for his clients.
