About Anthony
Anthony is a healthcare technology and electronic health record (EHR) expert with more than 13 years of experience guiding organizations through digital transformation. He is an Epic subject matter expert who works with healthcare providers to improve efficiency, care access and the patient experience.
Over the course of his career, Anthony has led hospitals and health systems through large-scale initiatives to optimize all aspects of their EHR systems, from patient portals to emergency department applications. He has collaborated with healthcare executive teams to ensure their EHR systems comply with Meaningful Use requirements, increase the accuracy of procedure charging and simplify patient scheduling.
Prior to joining Huron, Anthony was a project manager with CPM Healthgrades, a healthcare customer relationship management (CRM) firm. He also spent over four years as a project manager with Epic, where he oversaw the implementation of its emergency department application (ASAP) and led several internal work groups aimed at improving physician workflows and documentation tools.
Anthony is an active member of the Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society (HIMSS) and the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA). He is also a member of the Emerging Leadership Board at the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center.
