About Antoine

Antoine has more than a decade of experience in consulting with expertise across the revenue cycle, including health information management, billing, collections, and vendor management. His client experience includes multidisciplinary physician practice groups, large multistate and multifacility faith-based organizations, children’s hospitals, and nationally recognized academic medical centers.

Additionally, Antoine has broad experience in business intelligence and data analysis, team leadership, organizational restructuring, best-practice metric improvement, electronic health record (EHR) system conversion, and software design and implementation.

Throughout his career, Antoine has:

• Led an integrated revenue cycle engagement for a top regional academic medical center in the Midwest, implementing processes improvements and standardization that led to over $125 million in recurring revenue and additional cash acceleration.
• Developed and led a comprehensive cost and performance comparability assessment across five high-performing nationally recognized organizations with combined revenues exceeding $30 billion, resulting in individualized insights and road maps for pursuing additional cost and yield improvement.
• Developed a centralized physician authorization and insurance verification team for a leading large regional health system in the South, enabling cost savings, increased write-off rates, and improved physician and employee experience.

Antoine earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Denver.
