About Bobby

Bobby helps develop solutions to complex performance improvement needs for healthcare institutions to ensure their organizational goals and objectives are met. He enables clients to align and optimize their workforce and management structure, including the adoption of shared services. Bobby has led several shared services engagements supporting clients in the realignment and optimization of their organizational structures, span of control, and span of support.

During his career, Bobby has:

• Led a workforce efficiency engagement for an academic medical center, resulting in the identification, validation, and implementation of $20 million in labor savings.
• Implemented a standardized management and workforce operating platform at a national health system, realizing over $20 million in savings by optimizing processes, improving capacity management, and enhancing workforce management practices and techniques.
• Assessed management restructuring opportunities to align the organizational span of control for a large national health system and implemented $60 million in confirmed labor savings.

Prior to joining Huron in 2013, Bobby worked in corporate finance at Ally Financial and Sinai Chicago.

Bobby earned his Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University and his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
