About Brett

For nearly a decade, Brett has served as a corporate restructuring and turnaround leader at Huron. For clients facing challenges with liquidity, leverage or operational inefficiencies, he provides strategic guidance to executive management and boards to maximize value.

Throughout his career, Brett has helped his clients mount complex transactions, including debt refinancing, asset sales and reorganizations, or challenging operational turnarounds. His client work has garnered several awards, such as the Atlas Large Mid-Market Turnaround of the Year; the Turnaround Management Association’s Turnaround of the Year, Mid-Size Company; and the M&A Advisor Technology Restructuring of the Year.

Brett holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a certified insolvency and restructuring adviser (CIRA), treasury professional (CTP) and turnaround professional (CTP).
