With more than two decades of leadership experience, Christopher brings a depth of expertise in helping healthcare organizations through performance improvement, process improvement, labor productivity, and operational and strategic planning initiatives. At Huron, Christopher specializes in transformation efforts for academic health systems.

Christopher has led more than 40 hospitalwide performance improvement efforts at leading academic health centers, medical schools and multifacility nonprofit health systems. Throughout his career, he has positioned numerous academic health systems for sustainable growth by overseeing strategic planning exercises, identifying opportunities for acquisitions and other partnerships, and implementing performance improvement plans yielding more than $100 million in client benefit.

Prior to Huron, Christopher was the strategic accounts vice president for Cardinal Health, where he managed strategic hospital system clients and nonlabor consulting engagements.
