Chris brings more than 24 years of healthcare leadership experience in implementation project leadership, labor productivity, process improvement, operations, and strategic planning. Chris leads Huron’s Academic Medical Center practice and is responsible for Huron’s transformation efforts with AMC systems.
Chris has led over 40 hospital-wide performance improvement efforts, including University of North Carolina Health Care and School of Medicine, Partners Healthcare and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, University of Kansas Medical Center, Froedtert Health, Tufts Medical Center, Ohio State University Medical Center, Baptist Memorial Health Care, Sutter Health, and Fletcher Allen Health Care. Chris has a successful track record achieving the benefits mutually established with his clients.
On the last eight projects that Chris led, Huron conducted an assessment and mutually established a low, medium and high benefit target with the health system leadership. These projects achieved or exceeded the high target on six of these projects, achieved between the mid and high on the seventh engagement and achieved just under the mid-point target on the eighth engagement.
