Chris provides revenue cycle AI and automation expertise to healthcare organizations navigating the shift to AI-enabled operations, enabling them to unlock financial performance, reduce complexity, and solve problems that were previously intractable at scale.

Throughout his career, Chris has:

  • Directed intelligent automation initiatives for two major health systems' revenue cycle organizations, generating $55 million and $75 million in annual value respectively while enhancing efficiency and financial performance enterprisewide.
  • Led a margin improvement program for a $15 billion integrated delivery network, identifying $1.6 billion in margin improvement and driving material value with AI-enabled improvements in provider-plan collaboration, including medical necessity and utilization management.
  • Led a team to transform the end-to-end revenue cycle operation of a large health system, delivering a 20-point improvement in net promoter score, 250 basis points of improvement in net revenue, and $100 million in cash acceleration.
  • Built an AI-powered commercial platform on Google Cloud, enabling market pricing intelligence at scale using machine-readable data from more than 2,500 hospitals and 50 health plans.
  • Delivered a digital transformation for a major academic medical center, digitizing patient care and consolidating 300 legacy systems into a single interoperable digital platform.

Prior to joining Huron, Chris served as a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting, where he led the U.S. healthcare provider pricing strategy practice. He previously held revenue cycle consulting leadership roles at PwC and KPMG.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in healthcare management and policy from Georgetown University. He is a certified outpatient coder through the AAPC and holds multiple Epic Systems certifications, including Resolute Hospital Billing, CDM Management, and Clarity Business Intelligence.
