About Christine

Christine has over a decade of experience leading operational improvement and care transformation initiatives for academic medical centers and large health systems across the country. She has specific expertise helping organizations achieve improvements in patient access to care and physician enterprise operations.

Over the course of her career, Christine has:

  • Led patient access and scheduling optimization engagements resulting in 5%-20% increased visit volume and up to 50% reduction in appointment wait times.
  • Managed a large-scale financial transformation project that identified up to $400 million in financial opportunities and oversaw the implementation of prioritized initiatives to realize 2%-3% margin improvements across a large academic medical center.
  • Collaborated with revenue cycle and access leaders on Epic implementations at health systems with up to $16 billion in net patient revenue.

Christine is an industrial engineer by background and earned a bachelor’s degree in science and engineering from the University of Michigan. She is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
