Colin helps financial services and professional services clients run and scale their global delivery teams. He leads large multilocation delivery organizations, with a focus on workforce planning, talent strategy, governance, and performance management. His approach is practical and data-driven, using clear reporting and disciplined operations to improve utilization, strengthen service quality, and build sustainable delivery models that align cost efficiency with high-quality client service.
Throughout his career, Colin has:
- Led the design and expansion of large-scale global delivery centers for financial services clients, supporting complex regulatory, risk, and operational functions while improving utilization and cost efficiency.
- Directed workforce planning and operating model transformation initiatives, enabling organizations to scale capacity, reduce attrition risk, and improve delivery consistency across regions.
- Managed multidisciplinary delivery teams supporting managed services and project-based engagements, improving service quality, operational governance, and client satisfaction.
- Overseen operational performance management frameworks, including key performance indicator (KPI) design, reporting, and capacity planning, to support executive decision making and growth strategies.
Prior to joining Huron, Colin served as Head of UK Operations at Factor Law. He is a former corporate lawyer, working in private practice and in-house, including for KPMG.
Colin earned a Bachelor of Arts in law and economics from Ulster University.
