About Craig
Transformation, to me, means sustained change (large or small), with buy-in from everyone to continue improving as the environment shifts.”
Craig is a performance improvement consultant with more than 16 years of experience helping academic health centers and large multifacility health systems optimize their operations. He specializes in working with organizations to accelerate operational, financial and digital transformation through revenue cycle, patient access and technology initiatives.
During his time at Huron, Craig has:
- Collaborated with large academic health centers to generate greater net patient revenue, increased visit volume and an improved patient experience.
- Led the revenue cycle business office consolidation for an 800-physician medical group, consolidating seven disparate, regionally decentralized entities into an integrated unit.
- Managed a complete revenue cycle redesign for a five-hospital health system that resulted in $20 million of annual recurring net revenue benefit.
Prior to his current position, Craig spent five years as a healthcare consultant with Stockamp & Associates, Inc., which was acquired by Huron in 2008. He is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
