David has over 30 years of experience in the areas of business transformation, data governance, and technology modernization for risk management, compliance, and finance.
David works with clients globally, helping them to confidently navigate economic uncertainty, interest rate volatility, regulatory disruption, and competition — unlocking operational efficiency, reducing costs, and accelerating growth — through the application of business model reinvention, staffing model optimization, enhanced modeling, data analytics, and intelligent automation.
Throughout his career, he has enabled clients to:

- Meet regulatory requirements in a scalable and cost-effective manner.

David previously served as the chief executive officer of Treliant, which was acquired by Huron in 2025. He also held executive leadership roles at Promontory Financial Group (acquired by IBM) and served as global head of the risk solutions and analytics business at S&P Global.
David earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and management information systems with a minor in computer science from the University at Albany School of Business.
He is a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA) and ProSight Financial Association, a merger of the Bank Administration Institute (BAI) and Risk Management Association (RMA).
