Davy has over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry, as a clinician, nursing leader, Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Nurse Executive and coach developing and implementing process improvement in the areas of service excellence, employee and physician engagement, leadership development, resource management, quality/safety improvement and perioperative services. With 14 years of coaching experience, currently Davy is the Studer Group Coach Leader of community hospitals. He has lead coaching engagements across the continuum in academic medical centers, regional hospital systems, community hospitals, post-acute facilities and outpatient facilities. Davy is also a leader for the unified perioperative services solution and provides oversight for the accelerators coach specialists.
He has documented sustained results in patient experience, employee engagement, physician engagement, process improvement and quality/safety metrics. A capable leader and mentor to emerging leaders, Davy is skilled in identifying the leadership competencies necessary to create strong cultures that drive sustainable outcomes.
