Derik is a veteran in Salesforce.com, with nearly 20 years of expertise delivering hundreds of solutions across the Life Sciences, High-Tech and Financial Services industries. His area of expertise is centered around Lead-to-Cash transformations focused on optimizing the customer experience from lead acquisition through order, invoice and payment collection. He is an expert in sales operations and strategy, having consulted some of the largest global companies.
Prior to Huron, Derik worked in the Emerging technology practice at Deloitte Digital focused on leading Lead-to-Cash transformations utilizing the Salesforce.com platform and other cloud technologies. During his tenure, he helped build and grow a thriving Salesforce CPQ & Billing practice from the ground up. He also led some of the largest Salesforce CPQ transformation programs across major High-Tech, Life Sciences and Financial Services clients.
