Derik is a technology leader with two decades of experience guiding organizations through end-to-end digital strategy, process and system implementation. He specializes in managing lead-to-cash transformations that allow businesses to optimize the customer experience from lead acquisition through order, invoice and payment collection.
Throughout his career, Derik has:
- Led the lead-to-cash digital transformation for a major enterprise software company, moving legacy systems to a cloud-based application stack and growing revenues from $1.2 million to nearly $30 million over three years.
- Managed a large-scale digital initiative for a healthcare IT organization that focused on helping displaced employees learn new job skills and explore career opportunities.
- Helped a leading insurance company create a new online revenue stream, overseeing process optimization, system re-platforming and change management.
Prior to joining Huron, Derik was a part of the emerging technology practice at Deloitte Digital. During his tenure, he helped build and grow a thriving Salesforce configure, price, quote (CPQ) and billing practice from the ground up.
