Frances is an experienced digital change leader who specializes in guiding organizations through large-scale initiatives to modernize their human capital management, payroll, financials and supply chain systems. She is a Workday subject matter expert who has supported digital transformations for organizations in a variety of industries. She has extensive global experience leading transformation initiatives in over 30 countries.
Throughout her career, Frances has built and managed enterprise technology consulting teams consisting of more than 100 employees. She has led Workday implementations of up to $15 million in budget, guiding business leaders through not only technical implementation but also business process optimization, reporting and analytics, organizational change management and managed services.
Prior to joining Huron, Frances was the Workday regional leader at IBM. Previously, she held Workday consulting and practice leadership roles at Accenture, DayNine and Sierra-Cedar.
