About Gwen

Gwen lives at the intersection of human-centered design and CRM transformation. She helps institutions transform how they serve, market to, and interact with constituents and alumni through next-generation CRM processes and technologies.

Gwen specializes in leading public and private institutions and organizations through complex CRM transformations, with a focus on business process improvements and operational optimization. With a background in both human-centered design and technology transformation, Gwen brings a cross-industry point of view on how institutions can transform their constituent experiences and ways of working. She has worked closely with leading companies across the public sector (government and education) and private sector (communications, finance, high tech, and healthcare).

Throughout her career, Gwen has:

  • Led an enterprise implementation of Salesforce Education Cloud at a large public research institution to streamline and connect recruiting, admissions, and student services across the graduate school and global campus. Through a robust set of more than 50 integrations, the program enabled staff with a 360-degree view of prospects and constituents throughout the student life cycle, increasing cross-departmental collaboration and reducing response times for student service inquiries.
  • Collaborated with a tier-one research (R1) institution to envision a strategy and implementation of its executive education program. This program created a market strategy and implementation road map for moving the growing executive education program from a third-party vendor to a purpose-built solution on top of Salesforce. The resulting platform has positioned this institution to grow its program catalog, increase enrollment, and create robust tracking and engagement of constituents throughout the student life cycle.
  • Led a statewide implementation of a vaccine management solution built on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions for a large state department of public health, coordinating and reporting vaccinations for more than 25 million residents.

Prior to joining Huron, Gwen served as a managing director at Accenture, leading the global Salesforce higher education practice.

Gwen earned her Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Florida. She holds certifications in Salesforce and user experience design.
