About Isaac

Isaac specializes in driving revenue cycle transformation for a variety of healthcare clients, including multifacility and multistate organizations as well as academic medical centers and children’s hospitals. Isaac has led several large-scale engagements, developing functional and technical solutions for complex financial issues. His expertise includes performance improvement, process redesign, automation, and health information system (HIS) design and optimization.

Throughout his career, Isaac has:

• Led a process improvement and tool upgrade project for a $15 billion health system in the Northeast, which included 12 facilities and generated over $30 million in cash improvement.
• Directed a multifaceted project for a large facility within a public health system, which included organizational restructuring and process redesign and implementing a reporting strategy to support the broader system through an Epic conversion. The full engagement generated over $100 million in annual recurring benefits for the health system.
• Led a first-of-its-kind healthcare needs assessment for a county, which outlined the core healthcare and social needs gaps within each region of the county.
• Provided advisory consulting on best practice Epic workflow and reporting design for a $5 billion multistate health system in the Midwest.
• Managed a performance improvement and tool implementation project for the front-end and case management departments within a $4 billion health system in the Northeast.
