For over a decade, Jason has helped healthcare leaders bring to life performance improvement solutions and revenue cycle transformation initiatives. He specializes in implementation, technical and functional design, and re-imagining processes.
For more than 12 years, Jason has helped healthcare providers transform their revenue cycles. He has served a range of clients across academic medical centers, multifacility and faith-based health systems, and children’s hospitals.
Jason has designed and implemented revenue cycle solutions for clients ranging in size from $500 million to over $2 billion in net revenue. Across his client engagements, he has touched all aspects of revenue cycle transformation, but specializes in patient access, patient accounting, health information management, case management and workforce management. For numerous clients, he has led the evaluation and implementation of a new revenue cycle operating model, including functional and leadership alignment.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Gustavus Adolphus College, and he is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
