He guides leadership teams through large-scale HR transformation initiatives that increase internal efficiency and strengthen the employee experience.
Throughout his career, John has led clients through comprehensive efforts to re-imagine HR, from implementing new enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to redesigning legacy business processes. He specializes in working with organizations to develop new HR operating models and successfully prepare employees to take on new HR roles and responsibilities.
