About Joe

Joe has 15 years of experience assisting companies in identifying and implementing operational, working capital, and balance sheet improvement initiatives through capital markets solutions, including refinancings, recapitalizations, and in- and out-of-court restructurings.

Throughout his career, Joe has:

• Led an in-court Section 363 asset sale of a manufacturer and distributor of seasonal decor, play, and gifting consumer products, generating proceeds used to repay the debtor-in-possession loan and unsecured creditors.
• Run a comprehensive marketing and sell-side process for assets of an e-grocery and automation software provider under a Section 363 sale court proceeding.
• Advised a sports drink and nutrition supplement supplier company in its pursuit of growth capital to facilitate its transition to ready-to-drink beverages.

Joe earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
