For more than 15 years, Joshua has helped clients transform their organizations, adopt leading operational strategies and navigate defining moments in their business evolution. Working with both public and private companies, he helps his clients improve their underlying operations through sustainable performance improvement to maximize value for stakeholders.

Joshua’s clients span many industries, including retail, consumer, general industrial, and gaming and leisure. He has helped numerous clients optimize their portfolios, operating plans and go-to-market strategies, and take a strategic approach at important junctures, including out-of-court restructuring, business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings.

Before joining Huron, Joshua served as a management consultant for Fortune 1000 companies across consumer, aerospace and defense industries. He also served on the corporate and investment banking group at Bank of America, underwriting and structuring highly leveraged and investment-grade debt transactions ranging from $100 million to $1.5 billion for retail, gaming and leisure, and diversified industrial clients.

Joshua holds a Master of Business Administration in finance, accounting and strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Stanford University. He is also a certified insolvency and restructuring adviser (CIRA) and a certified turnaround professional (CTP).
