About Kelly
Kelly brings deep expertise in midcycle revenue cycle management, specializing in charge capture, clinical documentation integrity, pricing strategy, and managed care alignment. She works with healthcare organizations to safeguard revenue integrity, optimize clinical and financial workflows, and steward the accurate translation of patient care into compliant reimbursement.
With more than two decades of experience, Kelly has led complex engagements across the revenue cycle continuum, including initiatives involving major electronic health record systems such as Epic, Cerner, and MEDITECH. She has directed projects focused on clinical documentation improvement, charge reconciliation, and performance analytics to strengthen financial outcomes.

In addition, she has supported software-as-a-service (SaaS) vendors serving hospitals and health plans through account management, professional services, and solution delivery, giving her a unique perspective at the intersection of technology and healthcare operations.
Throughout her career, Kelly has:
- Managed a comprehensive revenue cycle transformation across self-pay, charge capture, avoidable write-offs, and more for a $950 million net patient services revenue health system, resulting in $24 million in annual, recurring net revenue improvement.

- Overseen a revenue cycle turnaround for a small regional hospital, resulting in $6.25 million in annual net revenue impact resulting from efforts in clinical documentation and coding, managed care, avoidable write-offs, and more.
