Larry has over 20 years of healthcare consulting experience working with health systems, academic health centers, medical groups and pediatric hospitals to improve performance and the patient experience.

About Larry

Larry has more than two decades experience in healthcare consulting. He is a leader within Huron’s performance improvement team, specializing in overseeing transformation efforts for medical groups across the country. He has an extensive background helping organizations across the healthcare industry optimize patient access, care retention and customer service, as well as strengthen their revenue cycle and clinical operations.

Over the course of his career, Larry has led a number of large projects for multisystem hospital and medical groups, with a focus on implementing new technologies, processes and policies to enhance efficiency and the patient experience. His work has helped healthcare organizations achieve up to $84.5 million in annual recurring benefit, reduce patient no-show rates and improve patient satisfaction benchmark scores.

Larry was previously a consultant with Stockamp & Associates, which was acquired by Huron in 2008. Prior to that, Larry worked for V4 Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers developing their patient access and revenue cycle solutions. Larry began his career as an auditor at KPMG, LLP, serving both healthcare and banking clients.
