Laura provides ERP, digital supply chain, and intelligent solutions leadership to healthcare clients, helping them modernize core business systems while operationalizing innovation across finance and supply chain functions. She works closely with executive leaders to design and deliver transformation programs that balance operational stability with long-term scalability, agility, and value realization.

Laura has led complex Workday Financial Management and Supply Chain Management implementations and enterprise modernization initiatives for healthcare systems. Her work extends beyond system implementation to focus on embedding intelligent automation, data-driven insights, and streamlined workflows into day-to-day operations — enabling organizations to reduce manual effort, strengthen governance, and improve visibility into cost, performance, and operational risk.

Laura is recognized for translating emerging technologies into practical, outcomes-focused solutions that accelerate decision making and support continuous improvement. She works with C-suite leaders, supply chain executives, and transformation teams to ensure technology investments are aligned to strategic priorities and deliver measurable impact across the enterprise.

Throughout her career, Laura has:

• Led innovation‑focused ERP and supply chain transformation initiatives for complex healthcare organizations, integrating Workday, automation, and intelligent solutions to improve financial transparency, operational efficiency, and enterprisewide data consistency.
• Directed Workday Financial Management and Supply Chain Management programs that enabled standardized processes, automated controls, and scalable operating models across multi‑entity health systems.
• Worked with executive leadership to define transformation and innovation road maps that align technology investments with clinical, operational, and financial priorities.
• Guided organizations in embedding intelligent automation, analytics, and workflow optimization into core business processes to accelerate decision making and enhance operational resilience.
• Served as a trusted adviser to healthcare leaders navigating system replacement, optimization, and post‑implementation value realization, with a focus on maximizing return on digital and automation investments.

Prior to joining Huron, Laura held leadership roles focused on healthcare operations, ERP implementations, and enterprise transformation, working with organizations to modernize financial and supply chain capabilities and improve overall organizational performance.

Under Laura’s leadership, Huron was awarded Healthcare Innovation Partner of the Year by Workday in 2022 and 2024. She is also a key contributing member of Huron’s healthcare ERP team, which was recognized by KLAS Research as #1 Best in KLAS^® Software & Services in Business Transformation and ERP Leadership in 2022, 2023, and 2024 and #1 Best in KLAS^® in ERP Implementation Leadership in 2026.

Laura earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa.
