About Lauren

With more than 25 years of combined clinical and leadership experience, Lauren brings front-line expertise to her role as a healthcare coach. She works closely with organizations, from small independent hospitals to large medical systems, to implement a proactive care model through tactics such as leader and hourly staff rounding.

Throughout her career, Lauren has guided healthcare leaders to embrace an individualized approach to patient care, helping improve results in areas such as inpatient, outpatient, emergency departments and ambulatory surgery. She has coached large health systems across the country through initiatives that generated top decile results in employee and patient satisfaction.

Prior to joining Huron, Lauren was a senior nursing leader at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. During her tenure there they achieved Magnet status for the first time. Previously, she held various nurse leader positions at Akron General Medical Center, including serving as director, patient care services, cardiovascular/thoracic surgery, and chair of the nursing council.
