About Leslie

Leslie has more than three decades of healthcare industry expertise in both consulting and front-line roles, working with leaders to transform their operations. She is an experienced project leader who manages cross-functional teams to help healthcare organizations facilitate innovation, improve customer satisfaction, reduce operating expenses and grow revenue.

Over the course of her career, Leslie has guided health systems and academic health centers through large-scale efforts to optimize all aspects of their operations, from revenue cycle management and clinical documentation improvement to human resources and pharmacy. She has helped organizations across the country generate over $300 million in cost savings.

Prior to joining Huron, Leslie was the chief operating officer of a venture capital company. She was also the corporate director of supply chain integration for Henry Ford Health System, a manager in the healthcare consulting practice of EY and president of Enhancement Strategies Inc.

Leslie is a fellow and vice chair of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, as well as a founder of the organization’s Dallas/Ft. Worth chapter.
