He has nearly 20 years of experience driving performance improvement, operational turnarounds, and strategic initiatives in manufacturing and supply chain management, cost reductions and liquidity enhancements, acquisitions and divestitures, and product and plant start-ups, wind-downs, and consolidation.
Mike has worked for companies or advised clients in automotive, agricultural and construction equipment, aerospace, commercial printing, power generation, office furniture, consumer goods, food, and building product industries. Prior to joining Huron, Mike held various executive and operational management positions at several middle-market Tier I automotive suppliers.
