About Nick

Nick provides strategic and financial operations expertise to healthcare clients, helping to improve revenue capture, reduce outstanding accounts, and contain operational costs. He helps leaders drive long-term sustainability and alleviate unnecessary burdens for patients, providers, and participants in the care delivery ecosystem. Nick has successfully advised and led complex transformations spanning revenue cycle, patient access, care continuum, labor, supply chain, vendor management, technology enablement, and payor-provider integration.

Throughout his career, Nick has:

  • Led a revenue cycle transformation engagement spanning financial clearance, middle revenue cycle, billing, and vendor management for a $3 billion multifacility academic medical center, driving both a 2% profit and loss (P&L) impact and $400 million in work-in-process reductions.
  • Overseen an engagement yielding $40 million in margin improvement to a $740 million publicly traded life sciences organization, spanning front-, middle-, and back-office revenue operations.
  • Delivered a 2% P&L impact to a $760 million private equity-backed physical therapy organization through technology transformation, financial clearance, business office process improvement, and organizational redesign.
  • Designed and directed two revenue cycle platform and business intelligence transformations for two Northeast safety net providers, creating $35 million in P&L value to the organizations.

Prior to joining Huron, Nick served as a managing director at Eclipse Insights, which was acquired by Huron in 2025. Prior to Eclipse, Nick was a managing director and the national revenue cycle practice leader at KPMG, a role in which he oversaw margin-improving, technology-enabled transformations across public and private sectors.

Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial and systems engineering from Georgia Tech. He is certified as a healthcare financial professional (CHFP) by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

Nick serves as a mentor for the Georgia Tech Mentor Jackets.
