Nicole has spent the last 20 years helping healthcare leaders achieve their vision for transformation. She leads Huron’s care transformation team, focusing on risk and revenue management, physician engagement, consumer and digital technologies, care network alignment and innovative care models.
About Nicole
For over two decades, Nicole has helped complex multifacility health systems, academic medical centers, and leading community and pediatric hospitals transform. As a member of Huron’s healthcare leadership group, she leads a team of care transformation experts, specializing in financial, operational and value-based assessments and in driving performance innovations.
Over the course of her career, Nicole has helped numerous clients create accountable care organizations, integrated delivery networks and clinically integrated networks. She serves as a trusted adviser to senior executives within hospitals and health systems, providing insight on a wide range of topics, including strategic planning, value-based care models, care transformation, consumer-centered care, virtual hospital programs and social determinants of health.
Nicole also lends executive oversight to all clinical engagements, oversees strategic clinical partnerships, and sets the strategic direction for Huron’s care transformation team. In doing so, she helps clients address important issues like access, consumerism, population health, value-based care and the social determinants of health.
Prior to her executive leadership role within Huron’s healthcare team, Nicole created and led Huron’s portfolio strategy and management team focused on setting business strategic opportunity areas, identifying and funding projects that address business strategy, and developing new solutions.
Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama in healthcare administration and biology.
