Nicole has over 17 years of healthcare consulting experience working with complex multi-facility health systems, academic medical centers, pediatric and leading community hospitals. She has experience with a variety of provider organizations on both strategic, operational, and value-based assessments, as well as performance innovation implementation within the Huron’s Revenue and Clinical service lines.
Nicole was a key architect in developing Huron’s assessment model and compilation of leading practice benchmarks utilized today to determine the level of financial, operational and quality improvement opportunities available to healthcare organizations. Nicole has conducted or directed over 400 assessments for potential clients, focusing on strategy, design, operations, and financial and value-based performance and analysis. Nicole leads Huron Healthcare’s Portfolio and Strategy Management Team.
Nicole is responsible for working with executive leaders across the business to strategically plan and execute Healthcare’s portfolio of services. She has overall responsibility for managing delivery of the portfolio process and communicating its performance to both business strategic and operational functions. Nicole owns the product roadmap, provides investment guidance to development efforts and manages program managers. She works internally and externally to generate and test product ideas.
