About Pamela

Transformation to me is helping an organization change in such a way that they could never go back to the old way of doing what they do; in other words, sustainable change.

Pamela has spent most of her career rooted in emergency medicine physician practice management. She is excellent at building strong dyad leadership teams in her engagements.

Pamela guides healthcare leaders through organizational initiatives that lead to a higher care quality, greater patient experience scores, enhanced flow efficiency and improved patient outcomes. Throughout her career, Pamela has helped organizations identify opportunities to consistently increase EBITDA over budget and reimagine care through decreases in length of stay, door-to-provider times and rates of patients left without being seen.

Prior to joining Huron, Pamela was the national practice director of emergency department services for Sheridan Healthcorp, where she was responsible for the integration of new hospital contracts and ongoing operation of existing hospital contracts in coordination with divisional physician leadership. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Emergency Nurses Association.
