About Paul

For over three decades, Paul has specialized in enterprise system modernization, claims and benefit administration, data strategy, and end-to-end digital transformation. He is recognized for his ability to bridge business and technology, aligning diverse teams around clear goals and delivering solutions that create lasting value. He and his teams have led large-scale implementations and modernizations of payor core administrative processing systems (CAPS).

He brings specialized technology, data, and analytics expertise and capabilities to his clients, which enable the core of payor operations, including claims administration, data transformation, and systems integration. His experience has guided payors through major shifts — whether regulatory, technological, or market-driven — ensuring they stay agile and competitive.

Throughout his career, Paul has:

• Provided hands-on leadership of over 40 software implementation and systems integration projects for healthcare payor organizations.
• Delivered large-scale licensed and outsourced software package implementations for payors and benefits administrators.
• Led cross-functional teams in establishing consistent implementation methodologies and enhanced collaboration of acquired company assets for a services and technology organization.

Prior to joining Huron, Paul served as executive vice president for over 22 years at AXIOM Systems Inc., a healthcare payor technology solutions firm acquired by Huron in 2025. He has also held leadership roles in other professional and technology services firms.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University, with a focus on computer information systems.
