Ravi has more than 20 years of experience helping organizations across mature and growth markets pursue digital transformation efforts to strengthen business performance. He has led numerous efforts to evolve business processes, optimize operations and oversee program management for clients across industries.
Ravi is a consulting leader and technology subject matter expert with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through business transformation, technical delivery, operations and program management. He specializes in advising leadership teams on strategies and system implementations related to customer relationship management (CRM), analytics, cloud platforms and customer experience management.
Prior to Huron, Ravi served as a CRM director for Tectonic, where he was responsible for the CRM and analytics business in Asia, including sales, delivery excellence, client relationship management and alliance management. Previously he served in numerous roles at IBM for over 10 years, including associate partner, CRM and Oracle leader and the practice area leader for business analytics and operations.
Ravi has an MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Nagpur University.
