As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Ronnie provides enterprise leadership across Huron's global operations, driving operational excellence, margin performance, and the scalable infrastructure needed to support the firm's long-term growth strategy. In this role, he oversees enterprisewide initiatives focused on integrating Huron's businesses, advancing AI-enabled operating capabilities, and building the organizational discipline that enables consistent, high-quality delivery across all markets and service lines.
About Ronnie
Ronnie was appointed COO in July 2022. Prior to assuming this role, he served on the executive leadership team for Huron's healthcare business and was the national leader of the company's performance improvement team — one of Huron's largest and most complex teams. Under his leadership, that team delivered large-scale operational, technology, and organizational transformations that generated hundreds of millions of dollars in annual, recurring financial benefit for clients across academic medical centers, healthcare systems, and national payers.
He joined Huron through its 2008 acquisition of Stockamp & Associates, where he teamed to build a nationally recognized consulting team focused on revenue cycle and operational improvement. Before that, he spent 12 years at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting LLP), specializing in complex program management, strategic planning, systems integration, and enterprise-level operational redesign.
With nearly 35 years of management consulting and operational leadership experience, Ronnie brings to the COO role a rare combination of deep client delivery expertise and enterprise management capability — enabling him to align Huron's operational infrastructure with the evolving needs of its clients, people, and markets.
Ronnie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
