She specializes in large scale process redesign and performance improvement; health information system design and optimization; and revenue cycle department standardization and centralization.

Sarika has more than a decade of experience leading revenue enhancement, expense reduction and transformation initiatives for large hospital and health systems across the country. She has specific expertise advising organizations on ways to elevate revenue cycle operations, improve performance and evolve their operating models.

Over the course of her career, Sarika has led revenue cycle improvement efforts for large, multifacility organizations ranging from $1 billion to over $16 billion in net patient revenue. She has helped design process and technology enhancements that position clients to respond to industry change while achieving substantial financial benefits, improving patient service and enhancing physician satisfaction.

In 2019, Sarika was selected as one of Consulting magazine’s 2019 Rising Stars of the Profession in the healthcare category for her impact helping clients navigate challenging environments to create transformational change and deliver better health outcomes.
