Scott has more than 25 years of experience in management and technology consulting. He specializes in planning and leading strategic business initiatives involving information technology, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Scott has more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through strategic digital transformation initiatives and change management. His primary area of expertise is helping clients realize their business vision through IT solutions and programs, including ERP and CRM systems.

Throughout his career, Scott has led clients through all phases of technology optimization, including planning, architecture, design and implementation. He manages multiyear initiatives that have spanned business process modeling and organizational design, packaged software and SaaS solution deployment, custom development and systems integration.

Scott has proven experience in a variety of industries including professional services, manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, retail, healthcare and life sciences. He has served in senior technology leadership roles at Sonoma Partners (acquired by EY), Grant Thornton LLP and Hitachi Consulting.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Northern Illinois University.
