About Shane

Shane is an experienced financial advisory and valuation consultant who has spent more than two decades working with organizations across the healthcare industry. He specializes in performing valuations for mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance and financial reporting, and has delivered expert analyses for hundreds of nonprofit and for-profit healthcare entities.

Throughout his career, Shane has provided financial advisory and valuation services, including due diligence and equity buy-in agreement for nonprofit health systems and publicly traded healthcare companies in the middle of expansion and acquisitions. He has managed facility life analysis, cost segregation and fixed asset management initiatives for numerous large hospitals, helping to improve performance by over $10 million.

Outside of healthcare, Shane has experience in retail, service companies and oil and gas.

Shane is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), and frequently speaks at industry events.
