He has led and advised on initiatives generating significant EBITDA improvement and return on investment across global markets, with a focus on aligning leadership, resolving underperformance, and unlocking long-term growth.

Steven collaborates with investment firms and management teams across sectors, including consumer products, business services, healthcare, tech-enabled manufacturing, logistics, AI, cybersecurity, real estate, and financial services. His work spans the full investment life cycle — providing diligence and transaction support, leading transformation programs, and optimizing value at exit.

Throughout his career, Steven has:

• Directed investment assessment, negotiations, and capital formation for a sponsor-backed global logistics firm, resulting in a $250 million capital raise.
• Directed a post-merger integration for a $500 million cross-border acquisition in the manufacturing space, aligning leadership teams and operating models to drive $40 million in synergies within 18 months.
• Directed capital formation and growth strategy for multiple Middle East-based real estate investment platforms, successfully securing $1 billion in private capital. He recruited a high-performing investment team, negotiated a cross-border joint venture with a business on the New York Stock Exchange, and established a $3 billion investment pipeline.
• Advised a sovereign wealth fund on U.S. investment structuring and tax strategy, optimizing portfolio returns and governance for multi-asset investment vehicles.
• Built and led the investment office of an ultra-high-net-worth family office, where he evaluated strategic investments across real estate, healthcare, and technology while serving as a board adviser across multiple platforms.

Prior to joining Huron, Steven served as co-founder and CEO for the private equity arm of a Saudi royal family member. He held the role of general partner at the same firm, building the team, sourcing investments, and leading the execution of strategic joint ventures. He also held senior roles with an Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund, a foreign investment bank, and one of the largest private investment firms in Abu Dhabi.

Steven earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Michigan. He is certified in private company governance by the Private Directors Association.
