Tim has more than 15 years of experience supporting health systems with medical group transformation and integration into the health system as well as revenue cycle, patient access and patient satisfaction optimization.
Tim has more than a decade of experience leading hospitals across the country through operational improvements to optimize a broad range of functional areas including medical group transformation, revenue cycle management, patient access and patient satisfaction as well as system strategy. He has deep expertise in revenue enhancement and cash acceleration practices, as well as managing transformative change for medical groups integrating into health systems.
Throughout his career, Tim has led numerous initiatives to centralize provider call centers for a variety of functions, including authorization procurement, insurance review, financial counseling, preregistration, pre-service patient interaction and point-of-service collections. He has also advised organizations on establishing access centers to streamline financial and materials management, scheduling, nursing documentation, operational design, referral management, pre-service patient interaction and insurance review.
Tim is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He holds a bachelor’s of business administration in finance from Oregon State University.
