Candidate Authenticity and Recruitment Integrity
At Huron, we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and authentic recruiting experience. We expect all candidates to represent their identity, experience, qualifications, and capabilities honestly throughout the hiring process.
Candidates may use AI tools to prepare for interviews; however, the use of real-time AI-generated responses, proxy participants, impersonation, deepfake technology, AI avatars, voice modification, or other unauthorized assistance used to misrepresent skills, qualifications, or identity during interviews or assessments is prohibited.
As part of our interview process, candidates may be asked to participate by video with their camera turned on and, when appropriate, may be required to attend an in-person interview at a Huron office.
Any misrepresentation, identity fraud, impersonation, falsification of credentials, or unauthorized assistance may result in removal from consideration, withdrawal of an employment offer, or disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment if discovered after hire.
To help protect candidates from recruitment fraud, Huron communicates through official email addresses ending in @hcg.com, as well as approved recruiting platforms. Huron will never ask candidates to make payments, purchase gift cards, transfer cryptocurrency, or buy equipment as part of the recruiting process.
Huron is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees and to maintaining a workplace free from unlawful discrimination and harassment. Applicants requiring reasonable accommodation during the recruiting process are encouraged to contact us.
