His experience spans manufacturing operations, supply chain, enterprise resource planning (ERP), organizational change management, cloud computing, and business process improvement. Luis has led complex transformation programs and advised organizations on AI and machine learning, data analytics, predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and other digital manufacturing capabilities.
Luis also brings firsthand operating experience from manufacturing and supply chain environments. Earlier in his career, he held management roles in manufacturing operations and served in interim executive roles during business turnarounds, giving him a practical perspective on the operational realities that can determine whether transformation efforts deliver results.

- Directed a multimillion-dollar Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation, providing program governance, risk mitigation, and business process alignment to support on-time delivery.

Before joining Huron, Luis held manufacturing and digital transformation roles at Google and Microsoft, where he advised organizations on AI, cloud, data, enterprise applications, and technology adoption. Earlier in his career, he led a consulting firm focused on business process improvement and technology services and held operations and supply chain roles at Con-Way, RSM McGladrey, Abbott Laboratories, and Ralston Purina.
Luis earned a Master of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the University at Buffalo. He holds certifications from Google Cloud as a Professional Cloud Architect, Digital Leader, and Generative AI Leader, and from Prosci as a Change Instructor and Change Practitioner.
