About Aaron
Aaron has served the healthcare industry for more than 25 years, across a breadth of strategic growth, performance improvement, cost management, and technology optimization initiatives. His clients have included academic medical centers, specialist hospitals, cancer centers, and children’s hospitals, as well as numerous health insurers and medical device and pharmaceutical companies.
Since 2017, Aaron has focused on Workday-enabled, full-platform transformations, advising executives and front-line leaders on enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation and design leading practices. He excels in delivering large-scale, complex programs requiring diverse skill sets, cross-functional collaboration, and robust change management. In addition to full-platform implementations (e.g., human capital, payroll, financials, and supply chain), he has supported phased deployments, merger- and acquisition-based integrations, health checks, system optimizations, and managed services.
Prior to joining Huron, Aaron worked for UNC Hospitals and held leadership roles with two Big 4 consultancies and Accenture.
Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Additionally, he has served as a member of multiple GS1 global standards work groups.
