Her work spans the full transformation life cycle, from transaction readiness and integration strategy through post-close execution with a focus on stabilizing operations, aligning leadership, and accelerating value capture. Brenda has led initiatives across multifacility health systems and community hospitals, helping organizations scale efficiently, standardizing operations, and improving financial performance.

- Oversaw a performance improvement, centralization, and standardization engagement for a $4 billion net patient revenue (NPR) healthcare system, achieving double-digit key performance indicator (KPI) improvements and approximately $40 million in cost reduction through process redesign, technology optimization, and vendor strategy.
