Cody has spent more than 18 years working with a diverse set of healthcare organizations including multifacility health systems, academic health centers, public and county systems, and small rural hospitals. His expertise lies in helping clients execute their technology strategies and transform systems to improve operational and financial performance. He specializes in overseeing complex project execution, technical and functional design, and new process implementation to help healthcare organizations operate more efficiently.
Throughout his career, Cody has collaborated with clients of all sizes to plan and execute revenue cycle improvements, patient access and patient satisfaction initiatives, healthcare information system (HIS) conversions, and practice access system and contact center optimizations. He has led more than 30 revenue cycle and access transformation projects for hospitals and health systems with annual net revenues ranging from $100 million up to $20 billion.
Cody was previously a consultant at Stockamp & Associates, which was acquired by Huron in 2008. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), America’s Essential Hospitals, the California Association of Public Hospitals and the Medical Group Management Association.
