Throughout her career, she has delivered virtual coaching to a broad range of healthcare leaders, establishing practices to improve the patient experience and employee engagement. She specializes in using diagnostics and other data-driven approaches to identify individual areas for improvement and tailored coaching plans to address them.
Prior to joining Huron, Kris Ann spent over a decade at Kaleida Health, most recently serving as manager of service excellence and employee engagement.
