Mukesh works with organizations to connect business strategy with technology investments and execution. He advises leaders on digital transformation, ERP road maps, cloud migration, operating models, and program governance, helping organizations modernize core systems while improving how work gets done.
His experience includes end-to-end Oracle ERP and cloud transformations, from strategy and planning through implementation and post-go-live operations. Mukesh has also advised organizations on the governance, delivery models, and organizational changes required to manage complex transformation programs effectively. He brings experience in product development, supply chain, and business transformation, with particular depth in consumer and manufacturing environments.
Across Mukesh’s career, he has:
- Developed an enterprise digital and ERP strategy for a large metals and mining company, creating a multiyear road map for cloud transformation across the manufacturing landscape in India and resulting in measurable operational, financial, or technology outcome.
- Co-Led an Oracle Cloud transformation for a government in Middle East, establishing program governance, and enabling cloud transition leveraging Oracle Fusion.
- Advised a global logistics provider on cloud migration and operating model strategy, helping leadership prioritize technology investments, reduce implementation risk, and create a scalable foundation for future growth.
Before joining Huron, Mukesh spent more than two decades at Deloitte, where he held senior consulting roles in India and the Middle East focused on Oracle, technology strategy, transformation, and delivery. He also served as Chief External Engagements Officer at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, working to strengthen strategic relationships with corporations.
Mukesh earned a master’s degree in operations management from the Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and completed a dual-degree program in chemical engineering at IIT Bombay. His professional development also includes executive programs in digital transformation, innovation, corporate strategy, and competitive performance at the Indian Institutes of Management Ahmedabad and Bangalore.
Mukesh is also a frequent speaker on digital transformation, agile organizations, manufacturing competitiveness, supply chain, and ERP and information technology strategy.
