Robin has designed and implemented numerous revenue cycle projects within hospitals and health systems with annual net revenues ranging from $300 million to over $2 billion. She specializes in optimizing billing, collections and vendor processes.
Throughout her career, Robin has:
- Optimized revenue cycle performance in preparation for an upcoming health information system (HIS) conversion at a $1.1 billion net patient revenue (annual) multifacility healthcare system in the Pacific Northwest, resulting in $20 million in recurring cash improvements. During the conversion, she created detailed design, training and testing recommendations to maintain best-in-practice workflow and metric performance.
- Managed a team of professionals during a solution implementation and revenue cycle transformation for a rural, $300 million NPR (annual) community health system in Northern California, increasing net patient revenue by 3%.
- Managed the back-end revenue cycle transformation at a regional centralized billing office that was part of a $1 billion multifacility, statewide system on the West Coast, producing more than $15 million of year-over-year benefit in a high-performing environment.
Robin has a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic studies and a Bachelor of Arts in international studies from Illinois Wesleyan University.
