About Tammy
Tammy joined Huron as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2026. She has led human resources strategy and delivery for global public companies across professional services, technology, financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy and utilities, and other industries. Her experience includes enterprise succession planning, executive coaching, organizational design, talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, employee engagement, workforce planning, and artificial intelligence-enabled talent strategy.
Before joining Huron, Tammy served as Executive Partner in the CHRO Advisory Practice at Gartner, where she advised Chief Human Resources Officers and executive teams across large global public and private companies. Her advisory work included human resources operating model transformation, succession planning, C-suite coaching, cost optimization, organizational design, merger and acquisition integration, strategic workforce planning, and predictive workforce analytics.
Previously, Tammy served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Kontoor Brands, where she led the global human resources function for a newly independent public company, providing strategic leadership for approximately 14,000 employees across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia. She also served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at Perspecta, where she led human resources strategy for a newly merged public company with approximately 15,000 employees, navigating complex post-merger integration, talent acquisition, executive succession, engagement, retention, and benefits transformation.
Earlier in her career, Tammy held senior human resources and governance roles at CGI, Capital One, Freddie Mac, and BearingPoint. Her experience spans global human resources centers of excellence, enterprise and corporate human resources, public sector and commercial business units, governance and oversight, regulatory and audit remediation, and global workforce operations. She was named 2020 Washington Executive Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year in the public company category.
Tammy earned a Master of Science in organizational leadership from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in American government and rhetoric and communication studies from the University of Virginia. She holds certifications in executive coaching, Hogan assessments, DISC assessments, and Prosci change management.
