His work focuses on standardizing processes, optimizing technology, and helping complex healthcare organizations navigate large-scale change.

Tim advises healthcare leaders on revenue cycle improvement, digital and operational transformation, and technology-enabled performance improvement. He works with large, complex healthcare organizations to improve financial results, increase operational efficiency, and help leadership teams make better use of their people, systems, and data.
His experience spans revenue cycle improvement, Oracle Health implementation and optimization, Epic workflow optimization, artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent automation, clinical documentation improvement, leadership coaching, and payer services. Tim has led complex engagements for healthcare organizations with net patient revenue ranging from $69 million to $4.3 billion, working directly with executive teams on process redesign, software implementation, workforce development, financial modeling, and change management.
Throughout Tim’s career, he has:
- Directed a 45-person team providing software and operational support to a national healthcare system’s seven consolidated patient accounting centers, supporting revenue cycle operations for more than 170 medical centers and 1,200 clinics while helping the organization consistently reach more than $4 billion in annual collection goals.
- Led a national healthcare system’s first major robotic process automation initiative, resulting in more than 24 automated processes, more than 80 credentialed digital workers, and 250,000 staff hours saved annually.
- Supported a large-scale electronic health record modernization effort with Oracle Health for a national healthcare system, engaging hundreds of stakeholders to support the transition of revenue cycle functionality, clinical orders, and physician workload credit from a legacy system to Oracle Health.
- Overseen the development of customized operational and technology solutions to support payment processing for veterans referred to community providers for care, helping manage millions of appointments requiring accurate claim adjudication, workflow coordination, and cross-stakeholder alignment.
- Designed a centralized preregistration model for a 51-facility medical group, improving front-end revenue cycle standardization and optimizing Epic billing and follow-up workflows for more than 50 centralized business office team members.
Prior to moving into consulting, Tim served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. At Huron, he supports the Veterans iMatter employee resource group and serves as a mentor and advocate for military veteran new hires as they transition into professional services.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
