How do I claim my continuing education (CE) credits?

At the conclusion of the conference, we will request information for CE credit documentation via the overall conference evaluation. You will be provided with a customizable certificate of attendance that you may complete and submit to your licensing agency for documentation of credit. Please call Wynn Bell Services at +1 (702) 770-2210 to assist you with airport shuttle booking and daily schedules. For your convenience, taxis are available 24 hours a day at the Wynn main valet entrance. Rideshare services pick up at all Wynn entrances.

What are the accommodation arrangements?

Discounted room pricing is available for only $219 (plus applicable taxes and fees) per night when booked before Jan. 31, 2023. What are the health and safety requirements for in-person attendance?*

Huron is committed to keeping the health and safety of our attendees at the forefront of our conference planning. Current health and safety requirements for in-person attendance at the conference are aligned with guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the state of Nevada, and Wynn and Encore Las Vegas.

What is the dress code?

The conference dress code is business casual — be comfortable! We do suggest that you bring a sweater or jacket to ensure your personal comfort, as meeting rooms are sometimes cool.

Will you accommodate my special dietary needs?

Yes. Please indicate any dietary restrictions as requested within your registration profile or email them to conferences@hcg.com.

What are the nearest airports and available transportation options?

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is 5 miles from the conference location. Taxi and ride share details are below. For additional transportation information, visit the LAS ground transportation web page

Taxis:

  • Terminal 1: Taxis are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside exit doors numbered 1 through 4.
  • Terminal 3: Taxis are located outside on Level Zero. There are 15 taxi loading positions on the west end of the building, outside the exit door numbered 52.

Ride-Share: Lyft and Uber are authorized to provide services at LAS.

  • Terminal 1: Ride-share pickup is located on Level 2 of the parking garage. From baggage claim, take the elevator near Door 2 up to Level 2. Cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage. The pickup area is to the right.
  • Terminal 3: Ride-share pickup is located on the Valet Level of the parking garage. From baggage claim, take the elevator near Door 52, 54 or 56 up to Level 1. Cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage, then take the elevator or stairs down to valet level.

What are the parking arrangements?

Self-parking is complimentary for all Wynn guests, subject to availability. For Wynn Las Vegas self-parking, head north on Las Vegas Boulevard and turn right just past the Wynn Main Gate.

Valet parking for Wynn hotel guests is $35 per day. Valet parking for non-hotel guests is $35 for up to 24 hours (no grace period, no reentry). Valet parking is complimentary for all Tower Suites guests, Private Access guests and current Black Tier Wynn Rewards members. All valet parking is subject to availability.

Virtual

What are the technology requirements for virtual participation?

To participate in the virtual conference, you will need a computer or mobile device with strong internet access and audio/video capabilities. For the best viewing experience, Google Chrome is the recommended web browser. For additional technical viewing requirements, please visit our virtual conference video test page.

What sessions will be available for virtual participants?

Virtual participants will have access to all keynote and breakout presentations broadcast via livestream, Feb. 16-17. Recordings of all livestreamed sessions will be available, on demand, for 30 days following the live event.

Please note: The rural/critical access hospital pre-conference event, daily lunch and learn sessions, and networking receptions are exclusive to in-person attendees.
