Adam provides strategic Workday Financials implementation and advisory expertise to professional and business services clients to modernize finance operations, streamline processes, and optimize performance, enabling them to gain real-time insights, improve efficiency, and drive profitable growth. He oversees the design and execution of end-to-end Workday transformations, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their investment and build a foundation for long-term success.

Throughout his career, Adam has:

• Architected a target operating model redesign for a global consulting and staffing organization, enabling enhanced leadership reporting and historical financial comparisons.
• Directed the integration of three acquisitions for a life sciences organization, allowing the business to fully leverage Workday Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM) capabilities, including financial consolidation.
• Managed a contract-to-cash implementation for an energy efficiency services company, improving revenue recognition and billing efficiencies through Salesforce integration and professional services automation.

Prior to joining Huron, Adam served as a Workday Financials consultant at Appirio.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in business, finance, and international business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is certified in Workday Financials and Workday HCM.
